If you contact us via the contact form or email, your details (name, email address, message) will be stored to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The data will be deleted once it is no longer required to process your enquiry, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise. To technically deliver the message you submit via the contact form to our email inbox, we use the email delivery service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). In this process, your details may be transmitted to servers in the USA; Resend states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to safeguard the data transfer. 6. Google reCAPTCHA
To protect our contact form against abuse by automated access (spam), we use the Google reCAPTCHA (v3) service. Provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The reCAPTCHA script is only loaded and executed after you have expressly consented via our cookie consent banner; without your consent, the contact form operates without reCAPTCHA protection. reCAPTCHA analyses various information in the background (including IP address, mouse movements, time spent on the page) to distinguish human input from automated input; no active interaction on your part is required. In this process, data may be transmitted to and processed on Google servers in the USA. The legal basis is therefore your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
